THE POINT HOWEVER IS TO CHANGE IT.
Marx's this statement is preceded by Marx's own interpretation of world and history. I see often that people on the field are not serious about the need of academic discourse. But change must follow understanding. How do we suppose to revolt if we don’t realise what the problem is in the first place? It is a necessity to interprete the mechanism which is acting on society, in economics and in individual minds. Otherwise it will be impossible to set the direction of activism. Anti-establishment sentiments are not things to create vibes only. In times it is necessary to stay a passive observer and watch history work for itself. At least I don’t judge someone who participates only in that. Nonetheless, I can't say activism is unfruitful. Activism is a necessity and must be planned beforehand. That requires rigorous study of the science of history. Otherwise often the movements are going to be proved redundant and sometimes fatal
